Adaptive Planning

 

UAccess Planning is a cloud-based system designed to provide business units (auxiliary, central, college, and department) with a set of business and financial tools to help make better informed decisions.

The goal of UAccess Planning is to be a single source for all funds budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting that provides a comprehensive view and understanding of a college’s and/or the institution’s financial health.

The RII BC Adaptive Planning Entry team is tasked with maintaining project periods and budget loads in Adaptive Planning. The best way to ensure accounts are correct and up-to-date is for the Account Manager to submit a Budget Load Notification Form when budget is loaded into UAccess Financials for an account. This form can be used for new awards, award modifications, supplemental funding, sibling account creation/load, no-cost extensions, deobligations, and necessary corrections or updates to an Adaptive planning account. The form allows for detailed notes and attachments in addition to required form fields. Please provide as much detail as possible.
